This event is complimentary and offered at no charge to its attendees.

This is a free event and is offered on one day only, November 20th, 2025. Therefore, no refunds, changes, or alternative dates will be offered.

Upon registering, you will receive an email with a QR code that will be scanned at the event to grant entry. If you would like, feel free to print your barcode and bring it with you.

Because this event is 99% indoors, we will hold the event rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency that makes transportation to and/or the event itself unsafe, the event will be canceled.

Yes, you will need your ID to enter the event. Please have it ready to share at check-in upon arrival. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent. Wristbands will be given to every attendee.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises or in the parking lot.

The event officially begins at 5:00 pm CT.

Yes, we will be showing Wicked: For Good at 7:00 pm CT! This showing will have open seating and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you’d like to join the showing, please ensure you arrive early to claim your seat.

You may leave and re-enter the venue, but please note you may have to get back in line for re-entry if there is one. Please keep your wristband on during the entire event for re-entry.

There is no age limit, but please note that this event is more suitable for adults. Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted without a parent.

Firearms, outside food and beverage, and smoking products are not permitted at this event.

Service animals are permitted with a permit. Please share your permit with security upon entry.

Yes, food and drinks will be offered at the event at no charge. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages available.

There will be alcoholic beverages offered at the event; all alcohol will be served in accordance with TABC laws. Waitstaff and bartenders have the right of refusal. IDs will be checked at the door upon entry, and those of legal drinking age will be identified with a wristband.

Outside food and drink are not permitted.

You may bring a friend, but if they are not registered, they will need to do so before arrival, and entry is subject to capacity.

Small handbags are allowed. Please leave large bags in your vehicle. All bags will be searched upon entry.
